Induction Pipe Bending

Induction Pipe Bending UK Ltd operates from a 32,500 sq. ft. facility equipped with five induction bending machines, accommodating pipe sizes from 1.5 inches nominal bore through to 30 inches outside diameter.

The company processes a wide variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and super duplex steels, high-yield steels and specialist alloys. Its precision bending capabilities support subsea pipelines, offshore installations, power stations and industrial processing facilities.

Mechanical and Non-Destructive Testing

Through its dedicated testing facilities, IPB Group provides mechanical testing services supported by a UKAS-accredited laboratory operating to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

Its non-destructive testing capabilities enable customers to assess material integrity and quality without compromising components. These services are particularly important for industries where safety, reliability and compliance with engineering specifications are essential.

Pickling, Passivation and Additional Services

IPB Group also operates a dedicated chemical cleaning facility offering pickling and passivation services for stainless steels and other corrosion-resistant materials.

Additional capabilities include cutting, bevelling and access to post-bend heat treatment, surface preparation and specialist transport services through trusted subcontractors.
