High yield line pipe is what the North Sea runs on. Bending it properly means controlling heat, speed and cooling so the grade still meets spec once the bend is done.

We induction bend API 5L from X42 right up to X80, including pipe internally clad with Alloy 625. Radii generally start at 3D, with diameters up to 30" OD on our largest machine.

Bends can be mechanically tested in our own UKAS accredited lab to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, so you get the numbers, not a promise. Post-bend heat treatment is available through a local facility calibrated to API 6A Annex M.
