SDHmini-Ex Dewpoint Hygrometer

The SDHmini-Ex is a handheld, fully self-contained dewpoint hygrometer designed for quick spot checks with an accuracy of ±2 °C (±3.6 °F) dewpoint. Certified intrinsically safe to UL, ATEX and IECEx, it’s suitable for operation in hazardous areas. A desiccant dry-down chamber provides near-instant readings, AutoCal simplifies maintenance, and USB/Bluetooth connectivity makes data transfer straightforward. The rechargeable battery delivers over 150 hours per charge. Choose engineering units to suit your preference, use the SHAW SDHmini User Tool software for easy data download, and add the SDH-PSS sample system if required. Available in standard or logging versions.

AcuDew Dewpoint Transmitters

The SHAW AcuDew is a high-performance, 2-wire, loop-powered (4–20 mA) transmitter for trace moisture measurement in process gases and dry compressed air. Housed in stainless steel with an M12 connector, it offers excellent sensitivity, repeatability and fast response. Measurement ranges cover -120 °C to +20 °C (-184 °F to +68 °F) dewpoint with ±2 °C (±3.6 °F) accuracy. Outputs can be configured in °C/°F dewpoint, ppm(v), ppb(v), g/m³ or lb/MMSCF. AutoCal streamlines calibration and built-in open/short-circuit detection enhances reliability. Rated IP66 (NEMA 4X) and pressure-tested to 35,000 kPa (350 bar), it can be installed directly into pipelines. The AcuDew integrates with SHAW instruments such as the AcuLoop plug-in indicator, AcuVu panel-mount hygrometer, AcuTrak inline hygrometer, and sample systems including SU4 and SWS.
