Super duplex earns its keep in seawater and sour conditions. It also punishes a sloppy bending process, so phase balance and corrosion resistance have to come through intact.

We bend 25% Cr super duplex (UNS S32750 and S32760) and 22% Cr duplex (UNS S31803) by induction, with tight control over the heat cycle.

Our in-house pickling and passivation line handles non-ferrous materials, and our UKAS lab can verify mechanical properties after bending. NDT is carried out by ASNT and PCN Level 2 operators with Level 3 supervision on site.
