Big pipe needs big kit. Our largest induction bender runs from 10" NB to 30" OD, which covers most trunk line and riser work you will see in UK oil and gas.

The 32,500 sq ft facility has ten overhead cranes from 3.2 to 5 tonnes, so heavy sections are handled safely and without fuss.

Cutting goes up to 30" OD round sections, and a bank of six horizontal boring machines takes care of bevelling. The bend leaves us ready for the welder.
