FPSO topsides are packed tight. Every bend that replaces a fitting saves a weld, a bit of weight and an inspection point.

We bend the materials that topsides use: duplex, super duplex, 316L and 321 stainless, carbon steel and high chrome grades, from 1.5" NB upwards.

Pickling and passivation is done in-house for stainless and corrosion resistant alloys. Bends can be bevelled and packed for export by road, sea or air.

Topside fabricators get finished bends, not another job to finish themselves.
